Thank you for shopping with Veloviya. We are committed to providing reliable domestic shipping throughout the contiguous United States. Please review our shipping policy below before placing your order.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship only within the contiguous United States.

At this time, we do not ship to the following locations:

  • Alaska
  • Hawaii
  • Puerto Rico
  • Guam
  • U.S. Virgin Islands
  • American Samoa
  • Northern Mariana Islands
  • APO/FPO/DPO military addresses
  • P.O. Boxes

Shipping Rates

  • Orders of $100.00 or more: Free Standard Shipping
  • Orders under $100.00: Flat Rate Standard Shipping – $9.99

Shipping charges are calculated based on your order subtotal before applicable taxes and discounts.

Order Processing

All orders are processed and shipped from our U.S. fulfillment center.

Processing Time: 1–2 Business Days

Daily Order Cut-off Time: 2:00 PM Eastern Time (ET), Monday through Friday.

Orders placed before the cut-off time are typically processed on the same business day. Orders placed after the cut-off time, on weekends, or on U.S. public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Estimated Delivery Time

Standard Shipping: 3–7 Business Days

The estimated total delivery time is approximately 4–9 business days, including order processing and shipping.

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may occasionally be affected by severe weather, carrier delays, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become available after shipment.

Order Changes

If you need to update your shipping address or contact information, please contact us as soon as possible.

Order changes can only be made before your order has been processed for shipment. Once an order has been shipped, changes are no longer possible.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please carefully review your shipping address before submitting your order.

If you notice an error, please contact our customer support team immediately.

Address corrections can only be made before your order has been shipped.

Veloviya is not responsible for delivery delays or unsuccessful deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided during checkout.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply for resending the package.

Sales Tax

Applicable U.S. sales tax will be automatically calculated and collected during checkout based on the shipping destination and applicable state and local tax regulations.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to deliver every order within the estimated delivery timeframe, occasional delays may occur due to carrier operations, severe weather, peak shopping seasons, or other circumstances beyond our control.
