At Veloviya, we want you to shop with confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to assist you with returns, exchanges, and refunds in accordance with the policy below.
Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 30 days after receiving your order.
To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- Unused, unworn, and unwashed.
- In their original condition.
- With all original tags attached.
- Returned in the original packaging whenever possible.
Returns Due to Customer Preference
If you wish to return an item because you changed your mind, ordered the wrong size, selected the wrong color, or no longer need the item, you may request a return within the eligible return period.
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs for returns made for personal reasons.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error.
Returns Due to Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days after delivery.
Please provide your order number together with clear photos showing the issue.
After reviewing your request, we will provide an appropriate solution, which may include:
- A replacement item.
- A full refund.
- A prepaid return shipping solution when a return is required.
Veloviya will cover the return shipping costs for approved claims involving damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped items.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or replace an eligible product, please contact our customer support team before returning the item.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Veloviya does not charge any restocking fees for approved exchanges.
How to Start a Return
- Email our customer support team at service@veloviya.com.
- Include your order number and the reason for your return request.
- Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.
- If your return is approved, we will provide the appropriate return address.
- Package your item securely and ship it according to the instructions provided.
- Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding your refund or exchange.
Return Address
Please do not send any items back without contacting us first.
To ensure your return is processed correctly, the appropriate return address will be provided by our customer support team after your return request has been approved.
Order Cancellation Before Shipment
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Orders that have been paid but have not yet been processed or shipped may be canceled for a full refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 2 business days.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the refunded amount to appear on your account statement.
Orders Already Shipped
Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
If you no longer wish to keep the item, you may request a return after delivery in accordance with this Return & Refund Policy.
Refund Processing
After we receive and inspect your returned item, eligible refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.
Your financial institution or payment provider may require an additional 5–10 business days for the refunded amount to appear on your account statement.
Items Not Eligible for Refund
Items that do not meet the return eligibility requirements are not eligible for a refund. If such items are returned to us, they will be sent back to the customer using the available shipping method.
Restocking Fee
Veloviya does not charge any restocking fees for approved returns or exchanges.
